At Precision Epoxy Coatings by Mc & East, we are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and professional service on every project. Because our services involve custom materials, surface preparation, and labor specific to each project, the following refund policy applies:

 

Deposits

 

A deposit may be required to secure your project date. Deposits are used to reserve scheduling and purchase materials. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the scheduled project start date.

 

If cancellation occurs more than 7 days prior to the scheduled start date, deposits may be refundable at our discretion, minus any material costs already incurred.

 

Project Cancellation

 

If a client cancels after materials have been ordered or work has begun, the client is responsible for the cost of materials purchased and any labor completed up to the cancellation date.

 

Completed Work

 

Due to the nature of concrete coating systems, refunds are not provided once the installation has been completed. However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there is an issue related to workmanship, we will inspect the concern and, if determined to be a workmanship-related defect, we will make reasonable repairs in accordance with our warranty terms.

 

Warranty-Related Concerns

 

Any eligible corrections will be handled under the terms outlined in our written warranty agreement provided at the time of service.
